It’s all about connection through relationships.  How you relate to yourself, your partner, your child, and even your work all depend on how connected you feel.  With a deep-rooted respect for every individual’s unique experience and a belief in everyone’s capacity for growth, insight, and change, I support you to figure out how to get reconnected.

about me

Holding an M.A. in Clinical Psychology specializing in Child Studies and a B.A. in Special Education, I have over a decade of experience working with children and families as a Special Education Teacher, Early Childhood Teacher, and Clinical Therapist.

Focusing on promoting long-lasting change we will

  • Consider the family system and how it is functioning for each person involved.  Asking where your family has been that’s impacting them today and where they want to be tomorrow.

  • Strengthen the (inner) child’s image of self.  Together we will reframe difficult experiences and dysfunctional narratives so you can see yourself as capable and competent.

  • Collaborate to develop a toolkit to pull from when challenges come up in the future.
